Conference Directory (addresse, email, phone)

This job is to create a list of the conferees for the given year with current contact information. This list is then printed along with the volunteer jobs list and available at the start of the conference.  If you are taking over this job, see Phill West, who has worked out a good system for making the list.

The list(s) include:

• • Names are "grouped" by household

  • Kids get their group next to their name

  • New Shoalers get a designation before their name (I have been using 1 star ★ for new to the conference and 2 stars ★★ for new to the island and conference)

  • A lookup by first name

  • A crossover lookup for household with multiple last names
