The All Star II Conference is run by volunteers, including the chairs, children's staff, and lots of other positions. The chairs and children's staff have some expenses paid, while the rest of the jobs are just part of the All Star II experience. Not every job is filled every year -- if we included every activity listed below every year, we would never sleep!
