Budget: The Children's Program has its own Budget

This is the understudy, the apprentice, to the Children’s Program Coordinator. The intent is for this person to learn the job well enough to become the coordinator next year. This means you are committing to the roles outlined this year and next year. 

Take a look at the shared google document with detailed notes from previous years, and at the job description for Children's Program Coordinator.  Also take notes during the week, as needed, so you will remember all the little things that you will need to do next year as coordinator.  Help out, but mostly observe and ask questions, since you will be running the show next year, and training someone else how to do it after you.
